Since shipping is so expensive, any store that offers FREE shipping is likely making the money for this expensive offer by raising the price of the jewelry. BrBijoux.com does not play games and opening charges a flat shipping charge and thereby keep our prices low and likely save you money in the long run! Shipping in the Brazil is only a flat fee of R$ 6.99 for ground shipping. Overnight delivery is only R$ 12.00 when possible. International shipping starts at only $21 for regular shipping and $40 for express shipping when possible. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circunstances. Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. We do know that USA customers do incur up to a 6.5% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items from send from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!
Customer Service & Return policy:
All jewelry that has not had its security tag removed and has not been damaged or altered may be returned up to seven (7) days from the time of receipt for a 100% refund of the purchase price (S&H and special services are not refundable ever) , no questions asked. Damaged or used jewelry cannot be returned. This return policy does not apply to wholesale customers. When you order you pay up-front because you are putting a deposit on a custom made jewelry because of the expense and the effort it takes to produce the jewelry for you. Sorry for hygienic reasons we cannot under any circumstances accept returns of body jewelry, all body jewelry sales are final.
Discount Coupons
All discount coupons must be used on the cart at the time of order for them to be effective. Sorry we cannot give you credit for the coupon after the order has been completed and charged we cannot reverse the charge and adjust it. If you do not use the coupon at the time you place the order by placing the coupon ID in the coupon box in the shopping cart prior to completing your order you may always use it for your next order! Under no circumstances can discount coupons be used to purchase jewelry at wholesale prices and coupons do not discount items that are already on special. Typographical Errors
